That Sense of Foreboding (So I While Away the Waiting by Reading...)

Have you ever felt that something might happen but you don't know what?  It's that kind of feeling that you can't put a finger on except that you feel something is going to happen. It's kinda frustrating to have it. But I do have them time and again.  And when I get that feeling, I just open up myself to all possibilities and wait.

-oOo-

Here's what I'm reading right now...

Kevin Smith's autobiographical journal...

If you're the type who's easily scandalized by how vulgar Kevin can get, don't read this book.  But, hey, he's crass and leads an interesting life as an artiste...

It's an honest-to-goodness detailing of what happens in the life of a Kevin Smith.  His work, his habits, his family, his pasttime, his friends, etc. etc. etc.

So if you don't dig him, don't read this.

In conjunction with reading Smith's autobio, I am also reading Joe Hill's Heart-Shaped Box.  I wanted to see how Stephen King's genes rubbed off on his son.  And as of this writing, Hill delivers the jitters.

(Wow!  Haven't read two books simultaneously for a long time!)

Anyway, I will post what I think about these two books once I get to finish either one of them.  I can't believe that I still have lots of books to read!
