Here comes the rain again. Rainy season is upon us. Too early, I say since June is the month that ushers in the rains. The weather is not what it should be. Must be the ozone. Anyway, around late afternoon yesterday, dark clouds filled the skies and I thought that I should try to catch a ride home as soon as I left the office, knowing how horrendous trafffic can be in the city when it rains. I got into an FX and soon the service zoomed its way to Cainta. Traffic was light, I thought I was gonna be home earlier than 7pm. I dozed off for almost an hour and woke up to the sound of raindrops. It’s raining! Good thing, the FX has left Makati and C-5 (where the traffic builds up). When I got off the FX, the rain was light enough for me to take another FX home. I thought that if the rain was just a drizzle, I can walk my way home from the subdivision’s gate.
